Sirius

My first attempt. Unfortunately I should have started further down the
spectrum (~4000A) as there is not much going on up at 6500A except a lot of
atmospheric absorption (Telluric)
The first and second image was calibrated on the single Ha line and the fact
that from my calibration images I knew that my system has a 0.7446 A/px
resolution. The last image was rough calibrated only. The other
major problem is that the first image was grossly overexposed. I need to
learn to use SimSpec to calculate the expected integration times and then ensure
the target is accurately placed on the slit.
Spica

I started Spica centred around 4000A. The second image is centred
around 4600A but due to poor sky conditions was not able to maintain guiding and
as such could not keep the star on the slit. Although noisy, I was able to
calibrate the spectra.
